As 2009 comes to an end, I want to take a moment to thank all of my amazing clients for their business. I have photographed bellies, newborns, babies, toddlers, preschoolers and even tweens. Here is a slide show with almost all of my wonderful clients from 2009. Thank you for trusting me with capturing your family in photographs… it has been my honour and pleasure.
At the beginning of the year, my resolution was to slow down. I feel like I was able to accomplish that to a certain degree… but I am hoping to improve on it next year… taking on a very limited 15 sessions. I did make time for doing a few fun things, like the Babies! and the field maternity sessions. They were both great learning experiences, the former something I would love to do again (I love the babies and groups of them are simply too cute!), the latter is not something in my comfort zone (itchy fields, catalogue styling or nudity). But I want to do more of getting out of my comfort zone.. because only then can you make new creative discoveries. I loved that I made the time to photograph friends.. I hope to do more of that next year.
